You will shortly receive TWO emails. The first email will come from our payment service provider Stripe, and is a receipt of your card payment. The second email will come from and will contain the full details of your tickets. Please make sure that you have received BOTH of these emails.

If you do not receive either of these emails within the next few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder in case they might have ended up there by accident. If you still can’t find any emails, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Take note of your Transaction ID listed above, go to the EntsPay Ticket Changes Form, and select the “Update/Correct My Email Address” option.
