You will shortly receive two emails. The first is an email receipt for your card payment, from our payment service provider Stripe. The second is your ticket confirmation email, which will come from tickets@entspay.com and will contain the details of your ticket(s). Please make sure that you have received both emails.

If you do not receive either of these emails within the next few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder in case they might have ended up there by accident. If you still can’t find any emails, or have any other queries in relation to your payment, please send us an email to support@entspay.com for assistance.
