The Wedding Singer follows Robbie Hart, a charming and upbeat wedding singer in New Jersey during the 1980s. He loves his job and believes deeply in true love until his fiancée unexpectedly leaves him at the altar. Heartbroken and humiliated, Robbie starts to lose his spark and faith in romance. While trying to get back on his feet, he becomes close with Julia, a kind and down-to-earth waitress who is preparing for her own wedding. As they spend more time together, Robbie starts to fall for her and realises that maybe love isn’t as hopeless as he thought. The only problem is that Julia is engaged to Glen, a successful but arrogant businessman who clearly doesn’t treat her right. As the story unfolds, Robbie has to decide whether to move on or fight for what he really wants.
